Valerio Dal Monte (Past Speaker)

Valerio is currently the VP Procurement for Alitalia, responsible for procurement of all categories including fleet, fuel, catering and on-board services. With a completely centralised procurement function, Valerio has oversight of a large team and managing budgets of up to €3bn. His key focuses have been around transformation of people, processes and systems in order to be a real business partner able to generate value for the company.
