Roger Davies (Past Speaker)

Roger is currently the Group Head of Procurement at Marks and Spencer. His leadership has transformed a low spend, transactional procurement team with limited influence into a strategic procurement organisation that prioritises high value solutions for high spend suppliers and projects, that has a full mandate throughout the organisation. Roger is currently leading the transformation to full end to end procurement across M&S.
