Robert is currently Chief Procurement Officer for Erste Group Bank, with full P&L responsibility operating in Central and Eastern Europe. Robert manages an external spend of over €1bn. He arrived to the role to an under-performing, disorganized and demoralized team under siege by hostile customers looking to reintegrate procurement back into the various banks in the group, and turned this around.
