Piotr Juskiewicz (Past Speaker)

Piotr is currently the Head of Services & Procurement Department at DNB Bank Poland with full responsibility for the following areas: facility management, physical security, outsourcing, procurement and vendor management and real estate management. He has 10+ years of professional experience in international financial services. He has delivered with successful results 200+ different procurement projects, very often conducting significant cost or process reduction in area of FM and IT. He has also had opportunity to implement several different change management processes in areas of: transformation of processes and functions, building and creating a team, categorization of spend and vendor assessment. Piotr has graduated Warsaw School of Economics and Kozminski University (Finance & Banking, Procurement Management, Strategic Management). Piotr is also a full member of The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (MCIPS).
