Gustavo has executive responsibility for Global Procurement, overseeing 95% of direct, indirect and CAPEX spend and a team of multi-national professionals in the US & LATAM. His main responsibilities include strategy development, negotiation and contract development, SAP, P2P implementation, cross functional project management and an aggressive cost reduction project that led to 10% of OPEX cost improvement in his first 12 months at GlobeNet.
