Gavin Long (Past Speaker)

Gavin has over 18 years experience in senior procurement roles initially in the financial services sector. He is currently leading the Indirect Procurement function for Carnival UK, more commonly known as P&O and Cunard Cruise lines. He enjoys the diversity that the Indirect categories bring and at Carnival this is no exception. As well as being responsible for the typically office based Indirects such as Marketing, HR, Facilities & Professional Services, his role extends to I.T for both Ship and Shore, On board Retail, and supporting the Entertainments team. Gavin explains " One minute I could be discussing the on site Catering contract at our Head office, the next I am helping to licence a West End show for a new ship!"
