She is an experienced Sourcing/Procurement Executive with deep knowledge and expertise in delivering large, outsourced, scalable shared service Customer Focused Operations. Frenchie created the global outsourced service model for Sourcing and Category Management at Microsoft, managing over 8,000 sourcing events resulting in over $400M in savings.
