Amelle is a highly-experienced Head of Procurement with a team of 14 procurement professionals covering Indirect purchasing, total FM, energy and projects works nationally. She is currently working on several major projects including digitalisation of procurement processes. Her biggest career success is working her way up from receptionist to Procurement head, demonstrating that motivated people from all backgrounds can make it with the right amount of determination, talent and leadership - something she has promoted passionately in her company. She sees increased supply chain early engagement and collaboration as the biggest opportunity in Procurement to deliver more value within the business.
